"True Power"

Seth compares the leadership of the organization to a herd of horses, and says that the head mare is responsible for providing everything the herd needs, including protecting the herd if the stallion is sacrificed. He said by sacrificing the foals for the good of the people, she will lose the loyalty of the rest of the herd, and lose her power.
