Our books are amateur-quality to be sold only to independent members of the organization. They serve several purposes:

At the present time, our only base of operations is in Oregon, and Oregon does not have a state sales tax. You are responsible for paying any sales taxes your state may require you to pay. We intend to expand shortly, so please be aware this policy will change.
To protect consumers from the risk associated with credit card fraud, PayPal requires shipping addresses to be confirmed. The order process does not include a separate ship-to address. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.
We ship with the U.S. Postal Service. Our default shipping method is Flat Rate Priority. This allows us to simplify our shipping process, making it easier for employees, gets your order to you quicker, and is more economical for orders weighing over 1 pound.
We also offer free order pickups at the shipping department. Be sure to check our hours.
We do everything we can to ensure the highest quality when our books are packed and shipped.
Please keep the sales receipt for returns or concerns about your purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the package. If you wish to return an item, please call the customer service department at the telephone number listed on the sales receipt. A customer service representative will ensure that your concerns are resolved. So that we can maintain the highest quality control, defective items should be returned and it will be replaced. We will issue a shipping label by email. If you wish to return an item, you may be issued a credit to be used for future purchases, or if you no longer wish to Walk the Rainbow, you may also choose to be issued a gift certificate to share with a friend.
